    I know Steve prefers to go flashless and knock the ISO up to 1600 but then he's usually shooting bands with huge light shows. Shooting these bands in small clubs who don't have an extravagant light show without a flash I find most of the time my results are too dark. I first try to use the bounce flash method and if that doesn't work out I'll use it straight on but with a lower setting to where it doesn't completely wash out the color of the stage lighting. But yea, that would be my critique, 3 of 4 of your shots are on the dark side.

    If you are still maintaining your H as long as it is above the wage on the LCA you dont have an issue. Also when your GC is appproved, you will need to make at least what was said on the labor, if not more.

    Hey guys,

    i just picked this puppy, i ws either thinkin canon s400/500 or sony T1, i know the quality of the pics of canon are superb, but from experience of SONY camera and the size size of t1 just blown me away.

    anyway, i know that there are many features, which initially are not easy to use and it takes time, but once you learn the feature,s its phenomenal!
    my question was, for INDOOR use, what is the best mode to use? i tried with auto, but thigns come out blurry when there are movigng objects, or people in my case, i try to use the sports mode, but then it comes out really dark. is tehre any other mode or anythgin else i can adjust in auto mode to take nice still pictures for moving objects indoor with decent flash?

    Hi, I have a question.

    1. My colleague crossed 2 years after filing 485. Frustrated with GC processes, he is switching company for better career prospects. He is using his EAD and invoking AC21. Is it possible for me to use his labor? If no, why?

    You can not get two chicken from one egg. One LC can produce one GC only.

    after all there is no departure date stamped in my passport? do the airlines inform INS of passenger departure dates? does INS keep a record of departure dates of green card holders in their computers?

    i know that the immigration officer at the port of entry asks "How long have u been outside the US?" In my case it will be one year and one week so can i just say "about a year"

    Color balance to lose the blue cast, adjust histogram, unsharp mask at radius 50 and intensity 100, select sky and increase saturation. I didn't bother to clean the tree/sky transition so it's softer, but it needs it.

    Are there people who are current now, who have no Priority Date mentioned on the I-485, EAD and AP receipts? (i.e. the PD box is blank)

    The priority date is shown on my I-140 receipt, but not on the aforementioned documents.

    Does anyone know how to correct this problem? Thanks much.

    Dont worry. My 485 receipt also does not show the PD. Per my attorney its ok.

    I have applied for H1B transfer and here is my situation.

    H1B expiration date with ex employer was 06/10/2010 and I transferred the H1B to a new employer on 06/01/2010 and the approval came on 08/09/2010. However the approval notice says the validity date is from 08/02/2010 to 08/01/2011. It should have been 06/11/2010 because we filed this transfer before the expiration date.

    We sent an inquiry but the officer was saying the application was submitted based on new employment and not continuation of previously approved employment without change with the same employer, so we will not change our decision.

    What should I do? I think I was out of status from 06/11 to 08/01. Does anyone have any information?

    Do you have I-94 attached to the approval notice?

    Here is my situation and looking for any previous experience and suggestion from experts.

    I have my EAD valid for 2 years PD 05 EB2. I got a job from another company but vendor says I need to be in his payroll. Job wise everything is good. I want to join him on EAD.
    Here are my concerns

    1. Should file for AC21 or just keep quite till CIS sends a letter ?
    2. If I ensure my new job and old job responsibilities are same, am I safe ?

    Do you see any problems or advise me for anything.

    How will removing country limits help China, India and ROW.

    Has someone done any calculations on visa date movement.

    We should have some comparison on this because some of us from China against. I seen many ROW against.

    Does it help only Indians or everyone by how much?

    I see these calculations bringing Indians, Chinese and ROW together.

    the truth is this.... some of the chinese are against removal of country limits becoz they do not care if it helps them..... they r simply opposed to removal of per country limits becoz they cannot see india getting any benefit..... its the age old chinese mindset which cannot be changed with numbers or calculations...... otherwise just think for u'rself...... if china is retrogressed as evident from monthly visa bulletin .... & removal of per country limits will create 1 queue for everyone..... then y would some of these chinese be opposed to the removal of per country limits.....

    Hello immi2006,

    Were your collegues EB-2 classification with old PDs from the DoL's backlog centres?

    I see some of the EB-2 indian nationals with old PDs received approvals so that USCIS can process their I-485.

    If you are EB-3 then you might want to wait until Dec 2007.
